Recruiter was polite and timely enough. Interview with project manager doing the interview, however, was a totally different story. It was obvious she was concerned with someone having more experience than herself, and her questions obviously showed she was clueless about her own job duties. Her solution to this was to push towards signing up to the company as a tester instead.
