Interview
Just to get the first interview took days and many emails to finally even get a response again after first contact. After that it was fairly straightforward, had a number of interviews, nothing out of the ordinary.
But after multiple interviews, etc, not so much as even a thank you for applying, we are proceeding with other candidates, etc. Just dead silence. Its disrespectful.

Interview
Was offered the job after being an active community member for many years prior. Process was simple for me, but that's because I was working with some of PM's for years before being offered a position. I chatted with a senior manager over the phone and process was quick and easy. No negatives to report on the interview process.
