Tell me about a time where you had to influence your boss into making changes to a design (paraphrasing this one). What is your favorite project you've worked on and why? Lots of other questions I don't remember off the top of my head

They asked me about User personas

He prefaced the question with, 'You know now a'days everyone thinks they are a designer' - How would you handle a stakeholder insisting on a change to your design?
There was a technical exercise for prospective developers. It's really more focused on back-end devs, but is an interesting exercise and my review with the team was helpful.
