User Experience Research Intern Interview Questions

I was asked to give examples of projects I have done before and reasons why I chose a specific approach. These were mostly in first phases. Oddly in team interview, the team members asked me hardly any questions. I was the one taking care of the keeping up the conversation practically whole day. Luckily I had done my homework and knew about the company, and the team members enough and had prepared a list of questions. Maybe that was their intention. However, most team members seemed nice. I was little surprised that none took any notes during the day- again I took more notes that all the "interviewers" combined. One discussion session was odd: one team member took a very hostile approach, practically claiming I was telling a lie when I apparently had difference of opinion with him (I obviously was not, I just knew much more about the topic than s/he did and also what different perceptions there are to the topic) and then continued commenting very negatively about my former employer. It seemed that the objective of this person was to show me how smart he was, rather than finding out if I was a good fit into the team. This kind of behavior is not very professional, and is an example that the team members are not very well instructed for the interviews. But I knew after this session that I will not get an offer (based on the position of this hostile person in organization), and even if I did I would not accept it. You do not want to have team members that might stab your back.
