Asked to talk about how my work meets the company values.
There were none, as the person responsible failed on multiple occassions to set it up. If they found another candidate or chose not to proceed they should inform candidates. After the second nudge I decided not to pursue as the candidate experience was not good I didn't have high hopes for employee experience.
How do you go about familiarising yourself with a new topic area?
Explain the research process that you follow.
Behavioral questions about professional experiences, for example: Tell me about a time you handled conflict with someone on your team
Explain a study you have done
Tell about a time you worked with a difficult employee
The first round was just get to know you. Then they asked you to use the service and write up a test report. You also speak to current workers in your position which I found helpful. And then lastly, you interviewed aga in to give your thoughts on the process and your report.
Explain a time that you had to persuade your manager about a particular design idea.
