Explain the research process that you follow.
Mostly around my understanding of design and research. They do not ask for a portfolio but rely a lot on your perspective about the process. Typical questions include : 1. What is your typical Design Research process? 2. When do you know the research you have done is enough? 3. One Research Project you are really proud of and why? 4. How do you align different stakeholders?
There were none, as the person responsible failed on multiple occassions to set it up. If they found another candidate or chose not to proceed they should inform candidates. After the second nudge I decided not to pursue as the candidate experience was not good I didn't have high hopes for employee experience.
How do you account for your own biases in the research you do?
Explain a time that you had to persuade your manager about a particular design idea.
