Most of the questions were about the experience in end to end design process. Some questions were about my skillset in all aspects of UX Design.
What would you have done differently in your previous job?
Portfolio presentation and then one-on-one interviews with a number of different interviewers (numerous scenarios/behavioral questions were asked by each interviewer)
There was nothing difficult or unexpected, it's a very typical interview.
Competency based: Example of a time where you had to take a stand for what was right for the customer.
Relevant to role and of a high standard. Focused on understanding my background and value I can bring to such a role. This was certainly the greatest strength in the entire process.
