Tell me about a complex design solution you worked on. How do you come up with a design solution? "What makes you tick?/ How does your brain work?" A category of questions from one participant was off-putting and bordered on invasive over Zoom with 7 other people listening. How do you handle creative differences with your developer? How will you convince a developer that your UI/UX design solution is best?
