One of the interviewers might ask a case question. Example: what would you do if you are a manager of X product (Kindle, Instant Video etc) and your product is unprofitable. You would need to show good structure on how to think through this problem, and remember to always start with the customer. Be prepared to be asked "What else?" several times in a row, just keep going.

Describe a time when you hired someone and it didn't turn out as expected and how did you handle that?
You will sign a non disclosure agreement but the questions are very generally
self leading. how did you handle a situation when boss was unavailable and you had to take a decision
Can't remember verbatim, but I believe it was something along the lines of "Tell me about a time you've helped implement change in your work place", and "Tell me about a time when you had to solve a complex problem using a simple solution." I then did a mock phone call.
