Very very interesting interview. Olga made it feel like a genuine conversation rather than an interrogation. The casual-ness of it all was comforting to me. Not being able to go by script was surprising, but I enjoyed it.

Interview process was done entirely through email. There was a brief questionnaire they used to further select candidates after the initial selection pool. After the questionnaire, there wasn't any feedback or communications until much further on, where I found out I was not selected.
