The recruiter was very nice, but the intro call was more challenging than most. It was a 30-minute call but I felt as though I needed more time. The recruiter asked a series of questions at once making it difficult to remember all the questions she said. She mentioned it was a way to test memory..

The first round in the process was a friendly chat with the recruiter to better understand the company and role. They also asked some basic questions on my background, projects, areas of interest, etc. I felt the experience was positive and more of a friendly chat than a standard HR screen.
