The process took 4 interviews an was really well organized. First interview with the recruiter was very interesting. She helped me to understand the company objectives and culture and we talked about my previous experience. She helped me a lot throughout the process and made everything a lot easier. Second interview with an Engineering manager. He was really nice to me and we had a very interesting conversation about my experience, everything in a very causal manner. Third stage was an interview with an engineering manager and a future engineering peer to check my technical skills. A funny pair-programming session focused on the communication skills as well as some programming technical decisions. The final stage was an interview with a Product Manager, who focused on methodology experience and previous interaction with product managers. Also a really nice conversation. In summary, the whole process was incredibly well organized and everybody made me feel comfortable and listened.
