During the in person interview, a lot of unexpected questions were asked, specific to a particular proposal I had. The interviewer asked more questions about the proposal than anything else. Not technical questions but more about my process and how I work.

The interview included some fairly standard questions like “What’s your experience in motion?” and “What tools do you use?” I also presented the design test I had completed, and we spent some time talking more informally so they could get a sense of me on a personal level and see if I’d be a good fit with the team.
