A lot of typical interview behavioral questions. The assessment that you’re asked to do is unnecessarily long and cruel and isn’t at all mindful of your time or energy or free labor. It’s as if they forget that you have a life and a full-time job and are likely interviewing at other places. If you choose to interview here (I advise you don’t), ask them if instead you can send them an assignment that you’ve already completed that aligns with the parameters that they are looking for in the assessment. I regret not asking that question myself.
