Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: Serves as the operational leader for assigned outreach clinic locations and Theranostics department, providing strategic and day-to-day management to ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations and workflows of assigned outreach clinics and provide operational oversight of the Theranostics department. Optimize clinic efficiency, coordinate resources, oversee supply inventory, and ensure effective utilization of staff, equipment, and facilities to support high-quality patient care.
• Clinical Quality Assurance: Evaluate the quality of patient care, uphold clinical and nursing standards, promote evidence-based practices, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction across outreach clinics and Theranostics services.
• Administrative & Financial Duties: Develop, implement, and enforce departmental policies and procedures. Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor revenue and expenditures, oversee resource allocation, and identify opportunities to improve operational and financial performance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and safety standards. Assist with tracers and TJC readiness.
• Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clinic staff, Theranostics personnel, physicians, ancillary departments, and executive leadership, reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer. Foster interdisciplinary collaboration, communicate organizational priorities, facilitate problem-solving, and support change management initiatives.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. BSN Preferred
• Previous clinical experience required, often 3-5+ years. Oncology experience preferred.
• Leadership experience (supervisory or charge nurse roles).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
