Pros
Wonderful Company and values. I've felt during this 12 month so encourage to do my job in own path. My work life balance it's good, even when I had ups and downs in the workload. I feel completely free to take days off, sick leave or time of for personal matter with completely freedom and confident. I have a wonderful manager, always diligence for the needs of me and the office, and the local management that always guide me in the right directions, with clear instructions.
Cons
1. I would like more communication with US offices and more alignment with those offices to bring the same experience in Latam offices.
