- Big clients that make you feel proud of your work
- Interesting and challenging projects (not always, but often enough).
- Fun people to hang out and work with (most of them).
- Flexible hours.
Cons
- Terrible management. There are people put into extremely high ranks that do very little for the company, and also people who do a lot but are not getting what they deserve.
- Lots of politics. Departments and offices are constantly competing for resources and recognition.
- Poor compensation.
- Occasional long hours.
- No bonus. The base salary is everything.
