I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SASR Workforce Solutions (Raleigh, NC)

Interview

Interviewed there and was given an opportunity but soon found out why several people quit before me. The culture is one of paranoia and control. Wouldn't recommend this role to anyone. My results were better than someone who worked there 7 months and they kept changing expectations then had the audacity to tell me they could "Wait" for me to get better.

Pros

SASR is a continuously growing company with big goals. Internally, if you work hard and follow through, you will reap the rewards through expanding job opportunities. I'm proud to work for SASR and excited to see where we are in three years! Oh, and the people - we have a solid team of fun people with integrity and work ethic. I don't dread coming to work!

Cons

At SASR, we are working at ensuring our Field Representatives are safe, have good and continuous job opportunities and grow within their careers. This tops the focus of 2022.
