Bluegrass Care Navigators has cared for thousands of families in our communities since our inception in 1978. Throughout our 40+ years, we’ve continued to expand our service offerings providing expert care long before life’s final months.
While we now guide and provide care to more people, in more ways, at earlier stages of illness, we’re still the same provider with the same people. We have the same compassion and commitment that defined our beginnings as Hospice of the Bluegrass, with a more reflective name of our growing range of services.
