As 2025 approaches, Life Time released results from its annual health and wellness survey. More than 1,350 people participated, shedding light on 2025 goal-setting and wellness trends for the New Year. This gives us a glimpse into the community we foster in our clubs, both team members and members. A high percentage (74.7%) plan to prioritize their health in 2025, compared to 62.4% of respondents who focused more on their health in 2024.
