      No micromanaging if you do your job.Great sales commission opportunities that reaches up to 60% of the sale.Free diamond membership.

      Cons

      Discount at the lifecafe should be bigger for employees( currently we get like 15%) which based on the premium club services and prices it is still higher for the employees.For personal training perspective it can be better if we have specialized room for PT.

      Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
