Description This French food company caters to fans of haute cuisine, as well as hot and cold cuisine. Elior is a leading contract catering and concessions operator in Europe, providing foodservices for public and private enterprises, government facilities, nursing facilities, schools, and healthcare institutions. Its operations also include airport and motorway foodservice, corporate catering, concessions at sports stadiums and other event facilities, and vending services. In addition, the company operates several high-end restaurants, including the Orsay Museum restaurant and Le Grand Louvre at the Louvre musuem. Holding Bercy Investissement owns some 60% of the company; chairman Robert Zolade owns about 25%.
