Annette Frawley works in our Law dept. as senior counsel, intellectual property. She says: “I wanted to work for Betty Crocker at the age of nine. I didn’t realize at the time that Betty Crocker was a fictional character, but I knew the products with her name on them meant quality and were quite often present on the table during meals, family holidays, birthdays, etc. I remember the day I told my mom I had been hired at General Mills; she reminded me of what I had said as a kid. My instincts about the company at age nine weren’t wrong.
