INH Property Management was founded in 1981 by four Certified Property Managers (CPM®) who recognized the need for a full service real estate firm that would service Central Minnesota with integrity and professionalism. Since that time, INH has grown to one of the largest real estate firms in Minnesota, with 6,000 multi-family units and approximately 325,000 square feet of commercial space under management.
The properties INH oversees are spread throughout Minnesota, North Dakota and the Midwest, and are supervised by staff that are based in St. Cloud, MN. The operations and underlying philosophies that INH was founded upon have remained unchanged, and the organization is fully committed to providing superior real estate services to each client.
