Invitation Homes is the nation's premier single-family home leasing company.

We’re changing the traditional idea of rental homes by offering high-quality homes in desirable neighborhoods across the nation. We go the extra mile for our residents, providing best-in-class property management, outstanding customer service, and a dynamic corporate culture that celebrates family and community.

Today, Invitation Homes is financially strong and poised for further growth. Our management team includes some of the most experienced professionals in residential real estate and property management, and our associates are dedicated, hard-working and focused on growing the company and advancing their careers. We employ the latest technology to provide our residents with greater convenience and our associates with the tools they need to succeed.

Though we’re a large company, we maintain an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit that helps us remain the leader in today’s single–family rental market.

We own and property manage about 80,000 homes in 16 markets: Phoenix, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Las Vegas, Seattle, Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Minneapolis. Our national headquarters is located in Dallas, and we have another corporate office in Phoenix.
