Mission Personalizing Therapy. Empowering Teams. Living Life to the Fullest.
That's our mission, and it guides how we care for patients, support one another, and show up in our communities.
We believe meaningful progress happens through trust, partnership, and human connection. Every day, our teams work alongside children, adults, and families to help them achieve goals that matter in their daily lives. At the same time, we're committed to creating an environment where teammates can learn, grow, and feel supported throughout their careers.
Description At Ivy, we believe the best care happens through strong relationships.
Every day, our teams partner with children, adults, and families to support meaningful progress in ways that are unique to each person. Whether that means building confidence, developing new skills, increasing independence, improving communication, returning to activities they enjoy, or reaching personal goals, we're honored to be part of that journey.
Since 2003, Ivy has grown into a network of outpatient clinics providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast. While we've grown over the years, our focus has remained the same: supporting people through compassionate, individualized care.
That includes the people we serve and the people who work here.
Whether you're just starting your career or looking for your next opportunity, you'll find teammates who are invested in your growth. We believe learning never stops, which is why we offer mentorship, continuing education, leadership development, residency programs, specialty training, and opportunities to learn from colleagues across disciplines.
Many of our teammates have built long careers at Ivy, growing from new graduates into clinical specialists, leaders, clinic partners, and mentors. We believe growth looks different for everyone, and we're committed to helping people build careers that are meaningful to them.
Our values guide how we care for patients, support one another, and show up in our communities:
• One Ivy • Love What You Do • Do the Right Thing • I Belong • Grow • Serve Others • Get the Right Stuff Done (GRSD)
If you're looking for a place where relationships matter, learning is encouraged, and your work can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we'd love to meet you.
