Pacific Mobile Structures sells and leases exceptional mobile office space and builds innovative modular structures with a relentless, customer-first commitment. In addition to our rental fleet of 4.8 million square feet, we also provide relocatable classrooms, as well as high-quality modular structures for office buildings, medical clinics, community centers, and workforce housing throughout the NW, California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. Large enough to deliver on big complex projects almost anywhere in the western United States and Texas, but family owned and privately held so we can continue to provide the same level of personal service that our customers have come to expect.

Founded in 1983, Pacific Mobile has decades of experience, with over 275 employees across 14 branch locations. We maintain a rental fleet of over 9,000 units spanning over 4.8 million square feet, encompassing over 1400 containers, and we specialize in handling custom modular construction projects. We are large enough to handle any size job, yet small enough to be easy to work with.

Our fleet of mobile offices and classrooms is the best in the industry. That’s because we reinvest 15% of our revenues into maintaining our products to the highest standards through our reconditioning process.

We provide flexible pricing, financing, and payment terms, as well as pro-rated invoices to the date of return. Need financing? We offer internal financing to expedite the process and keep it streamlined and simple.
Your one-stop shop. We have a full catalog of furniture, accessories, and security packages that are easy to add to any order to ensure your temporary building is outfitted exactly as you want and need the moment it arrives on site, including stairs and OSHA- and ADA-compliant ramps.
