Phinney Design Group is a multi-disciplinary architecture, interior design, and construction management firm with a focus on sustainable and environmentally sensitive, high performance buildings. The firm was established in 2003 and is located in a “green” building in Saratoga Springs, New York. A secondary office will be opening in the heart of downtown Troy, NY, located on River Street.
Our design experience also includes master planning, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, land use analysis, and urban planning. The firm has completed projects throughout the United
States designing and coordinating the completion of environmentally friendly and sustainable resorts, hotels, spas, commercial, retail and residential projects.
Designs which properly balance aesthetics, budget, and schedule have become a trademark for Phinney Design Group’s involvement, while paying special attention to the unique opportunities and constraints that each project presents.
