New Orleans-based Reily Foods (formerly called Wm. B. Reily & Co. after its founder) hopes that you'll slap gobs of mayo on your po'boy and wash it down with a gigantic tumbler of iced tea (or as they call it in the South, sweet tea). The company makes Luzianne tea, as well as regionally revered Blue Plate mayo. In addition, it produces a host of other food products, including Swans Down cake flour, No Pudge! brownie mix, JFG coffee, and Wick Fowler's 2-Alarm Chili. Reily's offerings are sold in the US and Europe. Chairman William B. Reily III is the third-generation member of the Reily family to run the company, which was founded in 1902.
