In November 2012 Shur-Co®, LLC acquired Donovan Enterprises effectively joining two well-know leaders in the truck, trailer and specialty market, resulting in an entity with a combined 93 years of tarping experience. By combining the product lines, sales teams, technical capabilities and service locations of Shur-Co®, LLC and Donovan, we are able to provide the most comprehensive product offerings in the market and a customer service platform unequaled in the industry. With a corporate office located in Yankton, South Dakota, ten branch locations, dozens of original equipment manufacturers(OEMs) and thousands of dealers, you’ll have the opportunity to work with employees and customers all throughout the country.

Our 150,000 square foot corporate headquarters with its own dedicated tarp and metal fabrication facilities, our seven U.S and two international manufacturing and service centers - in combination with 400-plus employees and a strong work ethic - make Shur-Co® a name you can trust.

We use the finest solid vinyl-coated fabric with built-in UV inhibitors to reduce sun damage and fading. Each lot is lab tested for tear strength, abrasion resistance and cold-temp flexibility. Our mesh materials are the finest in the industry and unmatched in strength testing and durability.
With multiple brands (Shur-Co®, Donovan® Tarps, ShurTite™ and Shur-Co® Rail) for the agriculture, construction, flatbed, rail and waste industries; Shur-Co® has the solution that is right for you. If our current tarping and containment systems don’t meet your exact specifications, customer option ordering may be available.
Shur-Co® quality shows, even in the smallest details: reinforced stitching adds strength at stress points, reducing the likelihood of tears. Seams are heat welded for a watertight bond between panels; the added thickness creates and improved moisture barrier. Roll tubes, tarps stops and bows have zinc coating inside and out. Aluminum and stainless steel components are also available when additional corrosion protection is needed.
