The Importance of “YOU” Time

Here at Xactly we see the importance of YOU time. That’s why we don’t put a cap on sick time or vacation time in the US and instead opt for a Flexible Time Off (FTO) program that allows our employees to take the time off of work that they need to come back refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on their next project. Xactly maintains competitive time-off benefits in locations outside of the U.S. where local laws govern such programs.
