Toxic culture, incompetent leadership and a business model based on a grifter's slimey notion of sales.
Pros
The only pro to 10xHealth are the people doing the day to day slog, but the company doesn't appreciate them and so it is a revolving door of people burning out or getting laid off or just getting the heck out of a toxic workplace.
Cons
SO MANY! The cons start at the top and I mean that in both senses. The company is owned by Cardone Ventures and the leader running the show is definitely a con....at the ARTIST level. The culture is exemplified by the CV owner's book (a mandatory read for new hires) called "Sell or Be Sold".... if you work for 10XHealth you are nothing more than a commodity. Leadership cares only about revenue and how they can exploit the most out of their team without any meaningful acknoledgement or reward. The "leader" will brag about flying all over the world in their private jet literally hours after laying off hard workers to try and make the company financials look good so he can sell the business for profit and bragging rights. This is a SINKING SHIP. Investors and potential employees beware.
