Pros

There are none after you start.

Cons

They will bring you in at one salary for as long as they can bill that. For me, I was a manager on a subcontract and for 6 months they paid me what they offered 135k. Then they said I needed to take 90K or get laid off.

Pros

I have been on several projects in my 2 years with the company. They are focused on keeping the employee happy with incentives and things. During Covid lockdown, they gave out Uber Eats gift cards for everyone including families to have a Zoom dinner together.

Cons

Clients can be difficult at times.
