Working at 1Password has many pros including strong benefits, a fully remote work environment, and great product in a popular industry.

Cons

Like any rapidly scaling company, there are growing pains that include shifting priorities, and development of core processes involving compensation and the like. You may find yourself not as highly compensated at the onset, but this is continuing to change for the better.

Work life balance, company culture, feeling like I am making a positive impact, feels like there is a lot of room for growth

Cons

Having never worked remotely, it can feel isolating. I feel like 1Password does the best they can given the situation.
