      sparks competition, assess interpersonal skills, get to know the individual on a more personal level, see how they will be an asset to the company, performance under pressure, how they will work with others from the company

      a lot of the steps can cause fatigue and some of the questions are redundant

      Without a doubt, love working at 1Password, personally for a number of reasons: - remote work, with flexible hours - trust in employees - empower each other as a team - availability to explore career paths, with support - competitive salary - friendly and supportive team - employment for those in CA, USA, and UK with benefits - annual meet ups, which is always so much fun

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes be tricky as we’ve grown as a company, but is something that can easily be worked on.

      People are genuinely nice and caring. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you even if they are very busy themselves. The benefits are really generous. The leaders are very approachable.

      Cons

      Typical downsides of rapid growth: change happens quickly without all the details worked out fully. Some teams work very long hours.
