My colleagues are great caring people who are committed to the company's success.

Cons

Very challenging environment to thrive in with the pressure mounting to meet leadership's aggressive growth plans. Very high turnover due to employee stress levels and challenges to meet quotas, resulting in mental health issues due to stress around job security. Very few employees meeting targets.
