- LOTS of growth happening currently, get to be involved with many projects - have a lot of autonomy - company moves quickly - everyone is very welcoming and kind, love the "no jerk policy" - wealth of information and resources - remote work/flexibility - very smooth onboarding process

Cons

I'm still quite new to the organization, but I have not seen any cons so far. One thing I would mention is because the work is predominantly remote (unless you're local to one of the offices), it's important to be a self-starter and extremely adaptable. Things can change any time and we are continuing to grow quickly!

- A great team, everyone I have met have been super kind and helpful. - You can work from anywhere, but they focus on connecting people through text chats and video calls. - They actually care about their customers and aren't just trying to squeeze every cent they can out of them.

Cons

- This isn't really a full con, but the service/app is very complicated so it can be a steep learning curve. - Currently growing a lot, which is great, but that means there is a lot of changes and sometimes that causes duplication / ambiguity of where to find something / where is the right choice to do a task, but the team makes up for this by being available to answer questions if you get lost.
