      Pros

      Most of the people are really great, its always sad when someone leaves.

      Cons

      Narcissistic, insecure, inexperienced management that keeps hiring from the same company. Everyone lives in fear of being bullied by management, targets are not attainable. If you do speak up you will be targeted with the aim to be fired. No diversity, no coaching, no career progression.

      Declining fast and Leadership is too busy pointing fingers to fix

      Pros

      Cool product that works and the teams that support the customer are well built out.

      Cons

      They lowball you on pay and then find every single way to not pay out commissions. The account could contract right at the beginning of a book transfer and they will hold it against the new csm. My favorite was seeing commissions get reduced due to CURRENCY EXCHANGES being counted as a loss against the csm. 1Password is easily the most disappointing company I have worked for. Their leadership is fake and only knows how to smile and pretend to care.
