      Pros

      People are genuinely nice and caring. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you even if they are very busy themselves. The benefits are really generous. The leaders are very approachable.

      Cons

      Typical downsides of rapid growth: change happens quickly without all the details worked out fully. Some teams work very long hours.

      Pros

      1Password is a rare breed. The entire company takes exceptional pride in delivering a beloved product. They set the standard for what it means to be a customer-centric company (everyone here—and I mean everyone—is a customer advocate). And everyone is genuinely kind. Not faux-kind or merely polite, but kind and inclusive.

      Cons

      1Password is experiencing unprecedented growth, and there will undoubtedly be some growing pains, but I have yet to see them.
