Pros

Product is very good, and there are tons of internal resources for sales reps to use and grow. Everyone is very friendly and non-toxic culture. Definition of hard SaaS sales and will teach you a lot.

Cons

Very silo-ed culture, not much collaboration outside of 2-3 people. Compensation is on the lower end. Unclear direction going forward.

-Fully remote, and honestly that’s it -benefits and 401k are good

Cons

-young gtm ELT team -young Operations leadership team -you aren’t hitting quota, only 20% of the sales team is across segments (except SMB) -product isn’t even ready to be sold yet, we’re selling products in beta that couldn’t be GA -1pass doomed to fail, stay private or be acquired, don’t IPO

Pros

Working from anywhere, as a B2C lead company they give you the product to use for you and your family.

Cons

This company is toxic from the top down. Very”boys”club and upper mngt seem to have new priorities each week and blame everyone but themselves when things don’t go right. No accountability, no strategy, and they seem to hire leaders from the outside to help them only to silence them after a few months. Us AEs have to work all hours of the day and night in order to potentially get a lead and encouraged to work weekends. Leadership loves to use slack at all hours at we get paid way below industry standards. Never get told thank you always lead by fear. If you’re looking for motivating leaders who inspire.. this isn’t the place. The product is a widget and gets discounted just like its competitors.
