Well known name is growing industry.

Cons

Salary well below industry average, extreme micromangement, and leadership that has never run an enterprise sales org, right up to the CRO. New product is not a fit for large enterprise.

Horrible, unfair management - full of favouritism. The management of the GTM team is poorly handled. Hitting quota in the outbound team is extremely rare, with less than 20% success. Unfortunately, favoritism is prevalent—some team members are provided with tools and resources, while others are expected to achieve the same results without them. Job terminations and promotions are also based on favoritism. The work environment is highly stressful, with minimal support from management. Leadership tends to fire employees without clear reasons, and promotions are infrequent. Be cautious during the interview process, as some claims about the team's quota attainment may not reflect reality.
