Cons

Sales team does not hit target. 4 out 30 usually hit quarterly goal.

Pros

Interview process - clear process and timeline, communication throughout, human approach. Onboarding process - plenty of communication, onboarding buddy, intro to company and then role, documentation for everything, insanely awesome colleagues who encourage engaging with them about anything. I have not rated the CEO as I've yet to interact or attend an all hands. By his articles though, he gets and understands the product which is the first step to awesome in my book.

Cons

I have not yet found one.

Cons

leadership doesn't change even when things haven't been working for over a year turnover is very high since they keep firing people very fake culture and they do not care about your health or well being
