      Pros

      The team is smart, hardworking and talented. I find each day exciting due to the fact that we're continuously evolving our products and features to ensure the security and privacy of millions of individuals. 1Password has a well established remote first culture which makes Zoom calls feel like I'm sitting right next to my colleagues. Incredibly gracious and collaborative contributors from top to bottom. Benefits + perks are fantastic (fully paid health, dental, vision, HSA / 401K match). I'd highly recommend applying / working at 1Password!

      Cons

      No major cons to share at the moment. Would like to see 1Password add a formal cash bonus program in the coming months, in addition to their existing equity refresher program.

      Cons

      Not cons per se but as a high growth company, you need to expect to pivot to change, be adaptable to the business environment and expect the status quo to be avoided.

      -Leadership is really trying to foster a great workplace -Product and company vision is honest and heading in a great direction -Company culture is very kind & people are great to work with

      -Typical capacity pains of a fast-growing, late-stage startup (which has been very successful thus far)
