Pros

Everyone that I've spoken to or encountered as been extremely helpful and friendly. It's seriously a part of the culture. Also, it is completely work from home. There are also plenty of activities to keep employees engaged such as virtual exercise or cooking classes and meetings that teach about perks such as continued learning opportunities.

Cons

There's essentially no training. Also more effort could be made in the diversity, inclusion, and equity aspect. Though some changes are being made, it's my hope the why behind the what is realized and the initiative is taken very seriously in a very genuine way.

Pros

* Benefits * The people * WFH * Flexibility (may vary based on team and position)

Cons

* Retention efforts feel fairly minimal. Stock options are based entirely on job title with no consideration of tenure. * May have to switch departments or fight hard for a promotion to see any increase in compensation outside market adjustments * Cash portion of compensation may be a little low for some roles, depending on where you live

Pros

- A product that has found product-market fit and continues to grow and sell, despite downturn in tech market - Leadership gives you the autonomy to work and manage your own projects / offer suggestions on new projects to try - Above market salary and internal comp initiatives like adjustments for inflation and market adjustments keep the salary extremely competitive - Still has some start-up / scrappy vibes despite growing a ton this year, perfect if you want to work somewhere without too much bureaucracy (but not a shoe-string start up that could fold at the first economic downturn)

Cons

- Sometimes feels tough to collaborate cross-functionally. When I'm trying to get feedback or something back from other teams, it can take a while for them to respond on slack or give an estimated timeline. Not a huge deal, but is a pain point when I'm working on projects that need external input
