Pros

- LOTS of growth happening currently, get to be involved with many projects - have a lot of autonomy - company moves quickly - everyone is very welcoming and kind, love the "no jerk policy" - wealth of information and resources - remote work/flexibility - very smooth onboarding process

Cons

I'm still quite new to the organization, but I have not seen any cons so far. One thing I would mention is because the work is predominantly remote (unless you're local to one of the offices), it's important to be a self-starter and extremely adaptable. Things can change any time and we are continuing to grow quickly!

-Everybody is remote and not all are in the same time zone. - Be ready for constant change.
