- Incredible benefits, the biggest including company paid health care for you & family - Awesome work / life balance. You never feel pressured to work weekends or work crazy hours to meet a deadline - Everyone is super approachable & kind. It's a common theme for the company

Cons

- Remote work can make you feel a little distant at times
