Pros

The employees are all very kind, it's like family. Certan departments have flexible work hours which is great if you have a family. Good recognition system among low level employees Availability to move from different departments is nice.

Cons

The pay is below average, big bonuses only go to top dogs or the loan officers. Management doesn't recognize efforts of lower level as much as should. Lots of focus on negative and not positive. Moving up, or career advancement isn't great.
