Pros

This company thrives on taking care of their employees, competitive pay and a great flexible schedule that works for all employees! I have been in the work force for over 15+ years with 4-5 different employment and this is the most enjoyable opportunity I have been apart of.

Cons

For my current position I wish there was a full time position but there are room to grow within the company since 2020 has many brand relationships.

Thank you for the 5-star review! We're glad to hear the pay, flexibility, and overall experience have stood out to you, especially with the perspective you bring from your years in the workforce. We are always looking to grow our business and build programs with the roles our people want. Full-time roles can be harder to come by outside of major markets, but keep an eye on our career site, we post new opportunities every week. Thank you for being a part of our success.

Pros

Average pay Flexible hours Cool products

Cons

If you’re applying for the Meta Sales Specialist role, be prepared to take an excessive amount of photos as part of your daily work. From what I’ve seen, this doesn’t feel like a Meta requirement — it seems driven more by My2020. I highly doubt Meta needs employees taking this many photos of customers or Best Buy associates. You’re required to be in many of the photos yourself, and they must be high quality to be accepted in your surveys. If they aren’t, management will stay on you constantly, and at times it can feel borderline threatening. As the program goes on, the nonstop photo‑taking overshadows the actual sales responsibilities, and you start to feel less like a sales rep and more like a photographer. I’ve done many programs for this company over the years, and none have ever required this level of photo documentation. Honestly, the role should be called “Meta Photo Taking & Sales Specialist.” If you enjoy taking photos of customers, Best Buy associates, and everything else all day long — along with several other unusual requirements — then this program might be for you. Otherwise, be aware of what you’re signing up for.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience across the programs you've worked with us. We hear you on the photo documentation, and we understand it can feel like a lot. Field photos have long been part of third-party retail work, and on this program in particular, our client values seeing displays, in-store presence, and the customer experience come to life, especially for a product line built around cameras. That said, we're sorry this role wasn't the right fit for you, and we appreciate you calling out the pay, flexibility, and products as positives. We're grateful you took the time to share your experience.
