Pros

Fun Culture and gave lots of little perks to the employees. Coffee, food, snacks and beer Friday.

Cons

Poor leadership and didn't listen to experience but were more interested in money and getting a product to sale even if it didn't work.

Awesome Culture, Frustrating Projects

Pros

The culture and atmosphere are great. Bosses are flexible and supportive, the offices are incredibly nice, lots of perks like lunches, top quality coffee, cool people.

Cons

Some of the projects were incredibly frustrating, digging though years old spaghetti code that no one really understands anymore. No real commitment to refactoring or code maintainability.

Smart people doing valuable work - hunting for signs of bad guys in the data Good benefits - 401k, increasing amounts of vacation, good health benefits Flexible work environment

Cons

Try googling "21ct medicaid" news to find out the company's recent troubles. If they get past this, it might become a great place to work again.
