They throw fun company parties.

Cons

The boss I had, was sexually harassing women. HR did absolutely nothing to help the employees. The salaries are incredibly low for the work they expect. Too many cons to list here.

Pros

Most of the people were nice to work with. Unlimited FTO (within reason) and ok with remote work. Beautiful office.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Unable to meet financial goals. Company size went down 40% in the past 3 years. Expect a lot of work for little pay.
